Recently Form IV spent the day at
Temple Newsam in Leeds. This was the birthplace of Lord Darnley, the
infamous husband of Mary Queen of Scots. The children enjoyed privileged
access to the rooms and artefacts, dressed up as Tudors and performed a
dance called 'The Peacock'. |
