A great effort from our girls’ football team at the Premier League Primary Stars Yr 5/6 Football competition organised by Leeds United Foundation. The team qualified for the knockout stages after winning their first three matches by scores of 5-0, 2-1 and 2-1 to finish top of their group. Unfortunately, after a 0-0 draw in their quarter final they were pre. The girls can be very proud of the effort, enthusiasm, teamwork and sportsmanship they showed throughout the day.

Last Friday afternoon we welcomed teams from Richmond House for some friendly football matches during Form III and IV’s Games afternoon at Yarnbury. The matches were all played in great spirit with some Froebelian players even swapping teams to help out the opposition. It is fantastic to have such a great facility for our winter Games lessons with many playing fields unplayable at the moment due to the weather. #froebelianfamily #froebeliansport
