Leeds Christmas Shoebox Appeal

The Froebelian School community has donated almost 60 shoeboxes of essential items to people who need them this Christmas.

Pupils, families and staff at The Froebelian School, Horsforth have come together this Christmas to collect essential items for those in need at this time of year. The Leeds Christmas Shoebox Appeal was looking for decorated shoeboxes filled with hats, gloves, scarves, toiletries and treats and other essential items, to pass on to charities in the region, that hand them to anyone that is in difficulty.
Nearly 60 boxes of items were donated and we had great pleasure in handing them to Emma and Marianne from the Appeal this morning.
