The Froebelian Family ‘Beefy’ Botham Challenge

On Monday 3rd July 2023, our very own Mrs Coulson is hosting this year’s Developing Future Winners event at Headingley Stadium.

Alongside former England and Great Britain Rugby League Captain, Jamie Peacock MBE and cricketing legends Lord Botham OBE and Michael Brearley MBE, the fourth Developing Future Winners conference seeks to inspire the next generation, using life experience to demonstrate how businesses can build a great working environment for our younger generations. Helping to focus their motivation, resilience and drive all while looking after their mental and physical wellbeing.

Mrs Coulson would love the Froebelian Family to be involved and Lord Botham has set us a House challenge that your whole family can enjoy.

Watch ‘Beefy’ Botham’s video here to find out more.

In essence, over the half term holiday, challenge your whole family, parents, brothers, sisters, grand-parents, aunts, uncles……to get together and come up with a top five of sporting winners of all time – which can also include coaches and managers.

Then write down what qualities, apart from physical fitness, they think they have that makes them winners and why they are important.

After half term, in school, each House will get together to rank each sporting person and prepare a presentation in any style – whether it be a piece of art, a poem, a song, a video or anything else, to present to a judging panel.

The winning entry will then be presented by Jamie Peacock MBE at the event!

Good luck and have fun!

Developing Future Winners is an eight-hour event split into three sessions where you will hear from one of our speakers and have a chance to pose questions to them. In the final session there will be a practical exercise where our panel will be on hand to offer advice and help you plan to achieve the best possible outcome. Monday 3rd July 2023 9am – 5pm at The Howard Suite, Yorkshire County Cricket Club, Headingley Stadium, Leeds, LS6 3DP.  To book please contact sarah@solaevents.com
