For most of our pupils this was their first experience of playing competitive tag rugby fixtures against other schools and they acquitted themselves extremely well. Playing in two mixed teams, they completed a round robin format with matches against teams from Moorfield, Gateways, Bradford Grammar School, Brackenfield, Ghyll Royd and a hard fought all Froebelian encounter! Both teams enjoyed success, winning matches and scoring plenty of tries, with one of our teams ended up as overall runners after lost their last match of the day to the eventual winners. Special mention goes to those exceptional players for their try scoring exploits for their respective teams.
